Service overview

Rely is an advertising software service designed to help businesses generate, evaluate, and manage campaigns, including campaigns that may be created on Meta platforms.

Eligibility and access

You may only use Rely if you are authorized to act for the business, brand, ad account, page, or other assets connected to the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information about your business, products, and campaigns;
• ensuring you have the rights to use any creative assets, product information, trademarks, and landing pages you provide;
• reviewing and approving budgets, dates, and other campaign decisions before launch where required;
• complying with advertising laws, consumer protection rules, and applicable platform policies.

Meta and third-party platforms

If you connect Rely to Meta or another third-party platform, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limits.

Rely is not responsible for changes, downtime, account restrictions, review decisions, or policy enforcement carried out by third-party platforms.

AI-generated and automated outputs

Rely may generate or recommend campaign content, targeting, optimization choices, and other outputs. Those outputs are provided to assist your business, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what is ultimately used.

No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside Rely’s control. We do not guarantee campaign approval, campaign performance, revenue, conversion outcomes, or availability of third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the materials and business information you provide. Rely retains ownership of the service, software, and related materials, excluding your own content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Rely if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or address misuse.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Rely is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rely after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
