What Rely does

Rely helps businesses create, evaluate, and manage advertising campaigns, including campaigns that may be created on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Business and campaign information you submit, such as product details, landing page URLs, budgets, dates, targeting preferences, and creative inputs.
• Platform connection data when you connect Meta-related assets, such as ad account IDs, page IDs, pixel IDs, Instagram actor IDs, access tokens, and permissions granted to Rely.
• Campaign records, operational logs, and advertising results returned by connected platforms.
• Website and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage activity.

How we use information

We use information to:

• operate and improve Rely;
• create, manage, and evaluate advertising campaigns;
• store campaign history and performance records;
• communicate with you about access, support, and product updates;
• maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with law.

Meta platform data

If you connect Meta assets to Rely, we only use Meta data and access permissions for the purpose of operating the service you requested, such as creating campaigns, reading campaign results, or maintaining connected account settings.

We do not sell Meta platform data. We handle connected-platform data subject to our agreements with you, applicable law, and applicable platform rules.

How we share information

We may share information:

• with service providers that help us host or operate Rely;
• with connected platforms, such as Meta, when required to deliver the service you requested;
• when required by law, regulation, or legal process;
• in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Meta data deletion requests

If you connected Rely through Meta and want your data deleted, email us.

You can also remove Rely from your Meta Apps and Websites settings if you want to disconnect the integration.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your name, email address, and associated business or ad account. We will delete or anonymize data we are not required to keep by law or for legitimate recordkeeping and security purposes.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and our operational obligations.
